The position of Kurdish women within the family and society is a topic worthy of comprehensive study. Since the position of women also holds a significant place in songs, a separate section was dedicated to this topic as a starting point in this paper.
As our study is based on songs, we have also extensively examined the role of women and their position in Kurdish songs and singing. Here, women are sometimes the active subject of the song and sometimes its object.
Various aspects of female life were made the subject of research in accordance with the objective of this study. What connects them all, however, is one thing: women.
