Description

Ein sorgfältig ausgewähltes Werk kurdischer Literatur – kuratiert für Leserinnen und Leser, die Sprache, Geschichte und Kultur vertiefen möchten.

In preparing this work, I have strived for two things: Firstly, I have extensively engaged with the numerous topics and research that have been written about the government of Kurdistan in various languages and at different times. Secondly, I have relied heavily on the documents of the Kurdistan government and, above all, on the newspapers and publications of that time. My goal was to immerse readers in the events of that era so that they could experience them firsthand.

For this reason, in many places I have reproduced speeches by Peshawa and other officials of the Kurdistan government, as well as articles and commentaries from the newspaper Kurdistan, unaltered and in their original wording.

I have also described events in detail, exactly as they occurred. For some, this may seem overly detailed. For me, however, despite the considerable effort involved, it was the necessary and correct approach. This experience of the Kurdish government undoubtedly delves into the specifics of the discussions, topics, and events.
